I love wearing pants and jeans because it is very comfortable to wear and easy to maintain. If I'm off to my workshop I'll just wear my pair of jeans and I won't have any problem with regards to moving easily around and I won't have to worry about what top it will best go with because anything goes with jeans from your top to your footwear. But if I have a meeting with a client, of course I have to wear something formal like khaki pants or slacks. On top of that I would wear long sleeves shirts or semi formal blouses and of course hilled shoes like. One of my favorite brands for the pants and jeans is Dockers. They not only have pants and shorts but they also have a wide variety of shirts and tops both for men and women.
